Facilities: Changing rooms and showers will be available at the starting point:
- Changing rooms open at 7:00 a.m.
- Start of activity at 7:15 a.m.
- Return to the changing rooms by 8:15 a.m.
- Changing rooms accessible until 8:30 a.m.
